Such a sweet thought.

So Paul had to go into work this morning & had been off since Friday. Sienna was very upset to see Daddy was gone when she woke up. She asked why he had to work and I did the whole needing to make money to pay for things speech. When he got back she got her large ziploc bag of money (from her emptied piggy bank when movers came) and gave it to him. She said, "Daddy I want to give this to you so you don't have to work anymore." When he wouldn't take it she kept insisting and got really upset that he wouldn't take it. After about 5 min we finally got her to calm down. We didn't know whether to laugh cause it was so cute or feel bad because she was so upset he wouldn't take it.

We also saw Rylie stand up for her sister at the park. Some boy didn't want Sienna to come into the area of the playground that had a bench, when Sienna didn't leave he swung at her face, and thankfully missed. Then Rylie scrunched up her eyes and stepped in front of Sienna and yelled at the boy, "No that's my sister!" Unfortunately he also swung at Rylie and did hit her. She yelled back, "I'm going to tell my Mommy!" His mother did step in. I was so proud of Rylie, we've seen Sienna stand up for her a lot, but Rylie has never done that before. I so love that they will do that for each other. I really want them to be close.
