For New Year's Eve we watched the Pooh movie & had chocolate fondue with bananas, strawberries, and pound cake for dipping. The girls loved it. Then at midnight there was a wonderful 20 min long fireworks show on the beach. The noise woke Sienna so she got to see it. It is a perfect view from the girls' room and our driveway. They always have one on the 4th too. Nothing better than seeing a great fireworks display without having to leave the house or deal with crowds.
Today we went to the Army Rec Center Beach and got Sienna on the paddleboard for the 1st time. She thought it was "scary and a little bit fun." The only bad thing was Mommy forgot not only the camera, but the bag of towels & clothes to change into on the dining room table. It was all packed up, but looking for my ID made me forget that stuff. Still a fun time though.
