So we just got back from seeing Paul & the guys off :( It's always sad, but what made it more sad this time is that tonight Sienna realized for the first time how long he was going to be gone. When he was telling her bye he said, "The next time I see you you'll be 4." She said, Uh! That's a long time!......then whiny voice & starting to cry....."You'll miss my birthday......but I want you here for my birthday." We didn't tell her that when he comes back next time it'll only be for 2 weeks & then he'll be gone for several months again.
Then tonight after I finished rubbing her back & went to leave her room she said, "Don't go!" Me: "Why?" Sienna: "Cause I will cry." Me: "Why?" Sienna: "Cause I want my daddy." It's definitely gonna be harder on Sienna this time.
Was hoping to get the pictures of our trip to Maui & Lanai up before these of him getting ready to leave, but his last week here has been busy & I haven't got to it. I will hopefully be posting those before Thursday.
