So missing Hawaii!

This was at the "secret lagoon" about 1 1/2 mile walk from our house.  Not very many people and lots of sea turtles.

Hamama Falls

This hike was so fun!  It's 3.6 miles, 500 ft climb to the waterfall.  It was steep in some spots, and muddy, but worth it.  There are spots to sit at the waterfall and the water is shallow.  There are also several spots on this hike where the LOST TV show was filmed.

 Thankfully we always bring a extra set of close and our slippahs for after hikes.

The dead bird.

Yesterday evening, Sienna and my friend's kids Ashleigh & Noah found a dead bird. Later they informed us that they buried it. Turns out they got a tupperwear container from my friend's cabinet, they put the bird in it, then filled it with rocks, closed the lid and dug a hole in the yard and yes then buried the container with the bird.
